Shipping and Delivery of Products
1 - All products available on the store's website are shipped directly to your home by our suppliers, who may be located in other countries (USA, China, Malaysia, among others), and will be delivered through postal services and carriers.
2 - When purchasing a product from our store, please note that the store cannot expedite the delivery of your order. Because this is an import, we cannot commit to providing an exact delivery date. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days, depending on location (2 to 6 weeks after the shipping date). When delays occur, they are usually due to the slow bureaucratic process and customs inspection.
3 - The delivery time for your order is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport congestion, carrier strikes, and other force majeure reasons.
4 - ADDRESS: To ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible, please be CAREFUL when completing the delivery address, as we are not responsible for undelivered orders due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address during registration.
5 - It is very important that someone be available to receive the order at your home, as if no one is present at the address provided, the package cannot be tracked. NOTE: If it is not possible to have someone at home to receive the order, it is advisable to provide a delivery address or have a mailbox available to receive the package.
ORDER SHIPPING
IMPORTANT: Since we work with multiple suppliers, in the case of orders with more than one item, the ordered products will be shipped separately. Therefore, it is completely normal for packages to be delivered on different days. Even if the ordered products belong to the same supplier, they are sometimes shipped separately to avoid excess volume tax.
After payment confirmation, the order is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. This time is required to request the supplier, sort the product, package it, arrange for pickup, and ship it.
Tracking codes are provided immediately after order processing.
Patience is essential when deciding to import, as the vast distance between countries makes it a complex process involving many variables and complicated logistics, very different from shipping domestic orders.
Free shipping for the first shipment. If the product is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
