EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

General conditions

Out of respect and to maintain the credibility it has earned among its consumers, the company has created a change policy.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or defects that differ from those requested by the customer. In these cases, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our team about the issue via email: loja.innovarmed@gmail.com , within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include the subject line: Exchange or Return Request and attach clear photos of the defective product or the incorrect product you received, if that is the reason for the return. Please also include photos of the product in its original packaging if the reason is regret. Your request will be reviewed within 2 (two) business days.

2. To process your request for an exchange or return with a refund, it will be necessary to comply with some rules, such as:
- All items in the return request must be sent by the customer;
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be in perfect condition;
- The product must not show signs of use;
- The product must have all labels intact;
- The product must be sent along with manuals and accessories, if applicable.

3. After the client's request is approved, we'll contact them via email or WhatsApp, and they can choose one of the following options:
A- Receive a refund of the amount paid, after its return, receipt and verification;
B- Exchange it for the same product without paying the new shipping; or
C- Receive a product of similar value.
Please note that we do not issue exchanges or refunds that do not comply with points 1 and 2.

4. The refund will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase: for card payments, the refund will be made by canceling the full amount on the card invoice;

Note:
We do not exchange products with free shipping if they are the wrong size if they were selected by the customer. We provide product measurements to avoid errors in sizing.

-The customer has a 7-day guarantee from receipt of the order in cases of return due to regret or withdrawal of the product.
-Returns will only be accepted with proper notification and authorization via email.
-Free products or gifts are not eligible for exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.
